Cancellation Policy
Early Cancellation Deadline
All registrations cancelled by 5 pm EST, Friday, May 4, 2018 will receive a refund minus a 10% processing fee.
Late Cancellation Deadline
If you miss the early cancellation deadline, you may cancel your registration up until 5 pm EST, Friday, May 18, 2018, and you will receive a refund minus a 25% processing fee.
Transferring Credits Deadline
If you prefer, we can transfer the cost of your conference registration to a credit for a Creative Nonfiction online class or to a friend who wishes to attend the conference but has not yet registered. There is no processing fee for transferring credit. Credit transfer requests must be submitted by no later than 5 pm EST, Friday, May 18, 2018.
How to Cancel or Receive Credit

No refunds or transfers of credit will be granted after 5 pm EST on Friday, May 18, 2018.
Please keep in mind that if you cancel or transfer your registration, Creative Nonfiction is not responsible for any cancellation fees charged by hotels, airlines, or other travel accommodations.
