Michelle Lanzoni

Dr. Michelle Lanzoni has worked in biological, environmental, and earth sciences. She specializes in water quality and groundwater resources in arid regions. She received her PhD from Oxford and has taught nonfiction writing at the University of Montana. Her creative writing has been anthologized and published in North American Review and Creative Nonfiction. Her writing has won the Ellen Meloy Desert Writer’s Award and fellowships with the Helene Wurlitzer Foundation and Mass Cultural Council.
