  • I have an existing subscription; how do I access the digital archive?

    If you have an existing active print subscription to Creative Nonfiction (or True Story) magazine, there is a unique profile already waiting for you, but you will need to reset your password before you can access the complete archive.

    Here’s how to rest your password:


    INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Click here.
    2. Enter the email address connected to your subscription (Having trouble? Email us).
    3. Click “RESET PASSWORD.”
    4. Follow the instructions provided in the “Password Reset Request” email (you may have to check your spam folder if the email does not show up in your inbox).
    5. Once you’ve successfully reset your password, go to My Account.
    6. Login using your email and newly created password.
    7. Check “Remember Me” and click “Log in.”

    That’s it.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    1. Go to My Account
    2. Login using your email and password.
    3. Click “Subscriptions” on your dashboard
    4. Select the subscription you want to edit and click “View”
    5. Select “Cancel”
