Mary Beth Ellis is a freelance writer, speaker, and college teacher who lives in Cincinnati, Ohio. A graduate of Saint Mary’s College and the Bennington College MFA program, she is the author of Drink to the Lasses (Cold Tree Press). Her work has appeared in online and traditional publications, and her next collection of essays, about shadowing Ohio State’s marching band, is underway.
