Jonathan Callard
Jonathan Callard’s nonfiction has appeared in Prairie Schooner, Hotel Amerika, Gulf Coast, Image, PublicSource, Pittsburgh Magazine, Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, and the Dallas Morning News, among others. The winner of the 2020 Prairie Schooner Creative Nonfiction Contest, he has received writing fellowships from Brush Creek Foundation for the Arts, the Ragdale Foundation, and the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts. He offers writer-mentoring services and also teaches writing at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary and the University of Pittsburgh, where he has been recognized as “Most Valuable Professor” for his work with student athletes. He lives in Pittsburgh, PA.
