Jennifer Metsker

Jennifer Metsker recceived an MFA in poetry from the University of Michigan. Her poetry has appeared in the Seattle Review, Whiskey Island Review, Michigan Quarterly Review, Southern Review, Cincinnati Review, Gulf Coast, Cimarron Review, Verse Daily, and many other publications. Her work often explores issues related to psychology and psychiatry and, through her writing, she aims to foster greater compassion and understanding for the struggles faced by people with mental illnesses. She currently teaches writing at the Stamps School of Art and Design at the University of Michigan.
