Candy Schulman

Candy Schulman’s essays, articles, and humor have appeared in publications and anthologies including The New York Times, The Washington Post, McSweeney’s, Salon.com, Parents, Brain Child, and The Forward. She received a Best Essay Award from the American Society of Journalists and Authors for her Chicago Tribune essay on caring for elderly parents, an excerpt from her memoir. She has an M.A. in Psychology and is a writing professor at The New School.
