The Magical Marketing Trifecta
Perfecting your author website, email newsletter & social network
A presentation by publishing expert Jane Friedman
Friday, March 8 at 6 pm
Time is one of the most precious things anyone has, so it’s a smart writer who asks, “Is this online marketing stuff really the best use of my time?” While it can be a highly subjective matter (every career has different needs and phases), this session with publishing maven Jane Friedman will help you stand back from the fray of confusing opinions that are out there, and stay focused on your own goals and strengths.
Rather than being driven by trends (or what your friends are doing), this session will focus on how you can make the best decision for you.
Along the way, you’ll learn best practices for author websites, email, and social media to better reach and engage readers, both new and old. Plus you’ll get tips on search engine optimization that anyone can understand and apply right away to their existing author website. This workshop is designed for writers of all backgrounds, genres, and experiences.
