Suzanne Cope is the author of Small Batch: Pickles, Cheese, Chocolate, Spirits, and the Return of Artisanal Foods and the upcoming Feeding the Revolution: The Legacy of “Cuba’s Julia Child” and the Reinvention of a Food Culture. She has written essays and articles for the New York Times, the Atlantic, the Washington Post, and NPR, among others, and teaches writing at St. John’s University and in the University of Arkansas at Monticello’s MFA program.
